We have a 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at info@vexlonllc.shop and we will make it right.
How returns work: As we operate a dropship model, we do not accept physical returns by post. Instead, please contact us with your order number and a description of the issue (including photos if applicable). We will offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund depending on the situation.
Eligibility: Items must be reported within 30 days of delivery. We cannot accept return requests after this period.
Damages & wrong items: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will resolve the issue at no additional cost to you.
Non-returnable items: Opened beauty and personal care products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
European Union: If your order is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your item, for any reason. Please contact us to initiate this process.
Refunds: Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
